The firm V R C & Co. (formerly Known as VINIT CHORARIA & Co.) has been established in the year 1999 and giving professional services since last more than two decades. 

Mr. Vinit kumar Choraria, founder and senior partner is a qualified chartered accountant and a fellow member of the ICAI. He has successfully completed DISA and Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Prevention. With experience of more then 24 years of professional practice, he has given his professional services in fields of Taxation, Audits, Management Consultancy and Project Finance.

Mr. Ronak kumar Chokshi, senior partner is a qualified chartered accountant and a fellow member of the ICAI. He has successfully completed DISA and Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks of ICAI. With experience of more then 20 years of professional practice, he has given his professional services in the fields of Taxation, Bank Audits, Internal Audits and Stock Audits.

Ms. Sweety Agarwal is a qualified chartered accountant and a fellow member of the ICAI. She also owns a degree in Companies Secretary from the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. She is  having rich and varied experience in the fields of Direct & Indirect taxation, different type of audits and Company law Matters.

Apart from above, the firm is having a team of qualified Chartered Accountants, MBA's and other professionals to endeavour and ensure that the clients are provided with prompt, consistent, quality services and professional advice.
